The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) will close the registration process for recruitment to the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Pharmacist), Sub-Inspector (Staff Nurse), and Head Constable (Midwife-Female only) 2024 today, July 28. Candidates can apply for the respective posts by visiting the official website of ITBP at itbpolice.nic.in until 11:59 PM.
Through this recruitment drive, ITBP aims to fill up a total of 29 openings in the organisation. Out of these, 14 vacancies are for the post of Head Constable (Midwife-Female only), 10 posts for Sub-Inspector (Staff Nurse), and 5 for Assistant Sub-Inspector (Pharmacist).

The ITBP has been accepting applications only in online mode and no offline applications will be entertained.
Step 1: Go to the official website of ITBP at itbpolice.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for the ‘Recruitment’ section and click on it.
Step 3: Then go to the ‘NEW USER REGISTRATION’ link and register yourself on the portal.
Step 4: After registration, fill out the application form for the desired post.
Step 5: Remember to upload all the documents, and pay the mandatory fee.
Step 6: Crosscheck all the details and submit the form.
Male candidates applying for sub-inspector post have to pay Rs 200 as application fee. Additionally, male applicants registering for the assistant sub-inspector post need to pay Rs 100. Meanwhile, females, scheduled tribes, and ex-servicemen have been exempted from payment of fees.
The selection process for the ITBP sub-inspector, assistant sub-inspector, and head constable recruitment includes a written test, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), documentation verification, interview round, and medical test.
